  Sustainable Technologies :  
  We are offering ZPHBTM technology for medium to higher organic effluents. It is a unique design CSTR technology operating on either Mesophilic or Thermophilic process. Mixers are designed such a way for effective mixing and allow maximum removal efficiency of COD and BOD with consistently. Control of process is simple and user friendly with automation.

  Zero Discharge  
  We are offering complete Zero DischargeTM system for low to higher organic effluents. It is consists of Pre treatment, Sustainable Technology treatment and post treatment (either Membrane or evaporation process). Treated water is recycled and reused to the plant and this saving on the cost of treatment of fresh water. This will reduce the impact on the environments because all effluents is reclaimed and no discharged from the plant, Treatment Scheme will be provided based on client requirements and effluent characteristics.  
  We are offering complete BiocleanTM solution for the Biogas to removal of H2S, and CO2 for effective usage of biogas in gas engine or bottling. H2S is present in biogas resulting from the anaerobic digestion of organic material containing sulphur. The concentration of this toxic and corrosive gas in raw biogas may vary greatly depending on the nature of the effluents/ feedstock. Treatment scheme will be proved based on H2S and CO2 contents for usage of biogas engine or bottling purposes.  
  We are offering complete BiopowerTM solutions for the biogas power plant ( CHP) for captive or export to electricity grid. The main characteristic of CHP systems is their ability to produce simultaneously both electric and thermal energy. Thereby, the total efficiency of a CHP system is much higher compared to the conventional electric power generator. As a matter of fact, it can even reach values of 85-90% efficiency when the latter appear rarely values above 40%. Electric power can be used for in house consumption and excess power can be sent to electricity grid and Heat power can be used for the steam generation of the plant and jacket water can be used to heat the substrates/effluents in case of thermophilic process.  
  Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME):  
  First to Conceive and Design SUSTAINABLE TOTAL GREEN TECHNOLOGY ZPHB™ ( Zero Pond™, Zero Pollution™& Higher Biogas)™ for Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME). This technology eliminates the need to have conventional PONDS (lagoons) required for POME treatment, thereby eliminating all ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS OF OPEN PONDS.  
  The conventional system consisting of open anaerobic lagoons/ ponds are used for effluent treatment. These uncovered open ponds are not permitted in some countries and in near future lagoons may no longer be allowed for POME treatment. Additionally RSPO ( Roundtable On Sustainable Palm Oil ) may also bring up this issue sooner.

  ZPHB™ System :  
  We offer complete green technology solution for POME treatment without any kind of pond system to treat POME efficiently and at the same time methane gas is captured and can be utilized in biomass boiler or utilized in gas engine to produce electricity. Biogas trapping and combustion enables the project to register as CDM under the Kyoto protocol frame work, this generates CERs or carbon credits selling of which increases the projects profitability.  
  ZPHB™ system has highly efficient anaerobic digestion system. It allows maximum removal efficiency of COD, BOD and capture of Biogas from the optimum controlled operation of anaerobic digestion of POME. The treatment consists of Pre treatment, Sustainable digestion, Secondary treatment and Tertiary treatment. The final BOD discharge level will meet the Department Of Environment (DOE) requirements of 100 or 20 mg/l .
