  We offer complete green technology solution for POME treatment without any kind of pond system to treat POME efficiently and at the same time methane gas is captured and can be utilized in biomass boiler or utilized in gas engine to produce electricity. Biogas trapping and combustion enables the project to register as CDM under the Kyoto protocol frame work, this generates CERs or carbon credits selling of which increases the projects profitability.  
  ZPHB™ system has highly efficient anaerobic digestion system. It allows maximum removal efficiency of COD, BOD and capture of Biogas from the optimum controlled operation of anaerobic digestion of POME. The treatment consists of Pre treatment, Anaerobic digestion, Secondary treatment and Tertiary treatment. The final BOD discharge level will meet the Department Of Environment (DOE) requirements of 100 or 20 mg/l .
