1. TURNKEY PROJECTS
KIS group controls all the stages right from designing and building plants as planning, procuring the raw materials, site construction, and commissioning We have to our credit of executing more than 100 projects of waste water treatment, waste water sludge treatment and recycling. In addition to designing, the teams provide complete management of managing purchases, monitoring the construction site, assembling of equipments and commissioning the facilities. We offer manuals for future operator to make day to day activities easier at the time of handing over the project to the customers.
2. DESIGN BUILD AND OPERATE (DBO) / JOINT VENTURE (JV)
KIS Group will partner with the customers to execute the project. The joint venture/partnership is as per the contract agreed by the customers. The initial stage of planning, designing, construction and commissioning will be done with due expertise. The group is responsible for successful operation of the new plant for a certain period of time. Moreover, for existing plants we plan and implement the necessary investments for refurbishing and enlargement on an autonomous basis and then subsequently assume operational management responsibility.
This is a major advantage for customers as the bonus lies on the KIS group. The responsibility for the plant first passes to the customer after a predetermined operational phase. Customers are trained thoroughly with a manual. Later the support from the staff of KIS group will be available 24/7 with some nominal paid service charges which will be a huge benefit to the customers.
3. BOT( BUILD OPERATE AND TRANSFER) / BOOT (BUILD OWN OPERATE & TRANSFER)
KIS Group has both designing capabilities and manufacturing expertise. These are all home grown expertise and we can recommend the right technical solutions to our clients when solving their problems of waste water. KIS Group would invest in designing, construction, installation and running the plant on customers site. The duration of the project is 10-30 years of the period of running the plant based on the agreement and then the customer has the option of taking over the plant. The terms can be negotiated based on the customers interest in the project.
Some of the salient features of BOT are - Construction, financing and operation of a plant (water and/or wastewater, waste to energy). A project company is set up to perform certain specified activities. Entire/ part financing for the construction of a new plant and/or the rehabilitation or extension of an existing plant is done by the customers and project developer together.
