We provide complete solutions for Desalination projects based on domestic and industrial requirements to convert high TDS sea water into Potable water and to use as process water/high purity water in industry where water is scarce. Desalination (also called "desalinization" and "desalting") is the process of removing dissolved salts from water, thus producing fresh water from seawater or brackish water. Desalting technologies can be used for many applications, the process of removal is based on the inlet parameters, site locations and outlet requirements. Design will be done starting with Pre Treatment, RO package and Post-Treatment.
Pre Treatment includes Stilling Chamber, Chemical addition, Clarification, Disinfection and Filtration. RO is madeup of thin film composite Polyamide membranes. RO Housing is of stainless steel / FRP, housing for the membranes and piping for the RO systems is available in normal SS 304 / SS 316L or electro polished SS materials. Post treatment will be Degasified followed by MB (Polishing unit). To reduce TDS further for industrial applications and MB process is required for high purity water for industrial needs. We provide leading RO membrane manufactures Hydranauctics / DOW / Toray for desalination process and it will be complete auto operation through PLC/SCADA.
