Now-a-days CHP is major area of focus due to its main characteristics like, the ability to produce simultaneously both electricity and thermal energy. Thereby, the total efficiency of a CHP system is much higher compared to the conventional electric power generator. As a matter of fact, it can even reach values of 85-90% efficiency. Electric power can be used for in-house consumption and excess power can be sent to Electricity Grid. Heat Power can be used for the steam generation of the plant and jacket water can be used to heat the substrates/effluents in case of thermophilic process.

We always use advanced & latest Transformers and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) for transferring essential loads and electrical distribution systems from mill power to biogas engine power automatically changed over without manual intervention. We give internationally reputed gas engine such as GE Jenbacher, Caterpillar, Guascor and MWM etc for our biogas power plant projects.
