This is to bring to your kind notice that Knowledge Integration Services Singapore Pte. Ltd has implemented a project titled, KIS BIOFUELS – UKINDO PROJECT (VCS ID 4705). It involves treatment of wastewater generated from the PT. UKINDO mill to capture methane and produce Bio-CNG. The generated Bio-CNG is supplied to customers under a long-term agreement.

Verified Carbon Units (VCUs) may be issued for the greenhouse gas emission reductions and removals for which Knowledge Integration Services Singapore Pte. Ltd will be claiming carbon credits under VERRA. The ownership of these credits lies exclusively with Knowledge Integration Services Singapore Pte. Ltd .

This notice intends to apprise you about the project, to avoid any potential risk of double claiming scope 3 emissions under this project.
